May Day is a time-honored tradition here in Oxford — the whole Oxford community queues up on Magdalen Bridge to hear the Magdalen College Choir greeting the dawn and celebrate the rising sun
The art and costumes, morris dancers, frolicking in fields and community gatherings are spectacularly fun -
(My favourite May Day activity is grabbing a Guinness at 9AM with a Full English Breakfast)
