The cost of participation is £15 per artwork for non-members
Up to three artworks per artist

We’re excited to offer you this exciting exhibition experience. To ensure everyone has the best experience, please take note of the following:
QUEUEing: If you are available on Saturday 26 April 2025 between 10AM - 4PM to queue and install your artworks together with the OVADA Team, we would love to have you. Please bring your artwork along with your Squarespace receipt.
If you are unavailable on 26 April 2025, you may send someone in your place to drop off your art with your Squarespace receiptUnfortunately we are unable to accommodate drop off outside of this date
It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure the work(s) are delivered during the specified time. We are unable to offer refunds for non-delivery
Please ensure your work/s are clearly labelled with your name on the back
Frames & Fixings: Please bring your own fixings and fastenings and clear instructions on how to display
Video works: we have limited equipment for screening and may need to add these to a reel. Where possible we ask artists to provide their own equipment
Plinth: You will need to provide your own plinth if your work requires one
Insurance, Damage & Theft: OVADA cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to your artworks installed in the space
If you would like to insure your work for the duration of the exhibition we recommend a-n for Public Liability Insurance
Storage & Packaging: OVADA cannot store your packaging materials, you must take these away with you when you deliver your work
Size: We will do our best to include everyone’s work regardless of size. A refund will be issued if we cannot fit your work in the space
We will not accept and refunds will not be issued for: work that is transphobic, sexist, racist, pornographic, pedophilic, anti-lgbtqia+, ageist or could be deemed offensive or as a hate crime against a minority culture and or group. Do not submit works that contain harmful substances that could endanger people
De-installation: We will be de-installing your work on the 25 May 2025 between 4PM - 5PM after our QUEUE closing party.
If you are unavailable on 25 May 2025, please arrange for someone in your place to collect your artwork and let us know who that will be.
When the exhibition ends you must collect your work at the specified time, any uncollected work after this time may be disposed of.
