This application fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of administration as well as the review process
OVADA's director Mita Vaghela, will be holding an online Q&A session on Monday 23 September 2024 from 7 - 8pm to answer any of your questions about Red Clay 2025 and your application
If you wish to attend the Q&A session before paying the application fee, please fill out this form to be sent a link. You will be sent an invitation on Monday 23 September 2024 prior to the session
Once you have paid the application fee, you will be automatically emailed a link to the application form and a link to Mita's Q&A zoom session

Application Details
The application fee of £15 is non-refundable and covers the cost of administration and the review process.
If you are applying as a single artist, you may submit up to 3 works.
If you are applying as a collective, you may submit up to 10 works.
Participation fees for Red Clay 2025 exhibition cover the cost of building overheads, event administration, marketing costs and installation fees over the 5 week program and exhibition
We are happy to assist artists in applying for external funding to help cover the costs of participating in the Red Clay 2025 program
At OVADA Gallery, we believe that art should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances
We understand that participation fees can be a barrier, and we are dedicated to ensuring that cost is never a reason for anyone to feel excluded from our artistic community
We are open to discussing fees on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to finding flexible solutions that allow all artists to engage with Red Clay 2025
If selected, we can have a conversation about fees before you decide to accept the offer
Cost for individuals: £100 / Pay Less: £50 / Pay more: £150
The suggested contribution for collectives and our resident artists is £300, but we welcome a discussion if this amount is a barrier
